Does my insurance cover hearing aids?
Medicare Advantage:
88% of Medicare Advantage plans have a hearing aid benefit. Many of these plans require you to go through their third-party partner to receive your benefits. We are providers for ALL these partners with Medicare Advantage policies and are happy to help you navigate your hearing aid benefits.
Medicare/Medicaid Dual Enrollment:
If you are a dual enrollee with Medicare and Medicaid, it is likely that you have full hearing aid coverage. Please contact our office and we will be happy to help you navigate your benefits.
Private Insurance:
Many private insurance companies offer hearing aid benefits. Many times, these require your deductible to be met and co-insurance to be paid. We understand that it can sometimes it can be confusing to understand these benefits, and we are happy to help you better understand.
Federal Employees:
The Federal Employee Program insurance offers hearing aid coverage. If you are a federal employee or retiree, we will be happy to help verify your benefits.
Original Medicare and Medigap policies do not have hearing aid coverage.
